My name is Parth Dadhe, and I'm a competitive swimmer with years of experience at both the club and high school level. Streamline Coach started from something I saw firsthand: most training plans are built for entire groups, even though every swimmer is different and responds differently.
I created Streamline Coach to help bridge that gap. It is not meant to replace coaches or their expertise — it's built to amplify it. Streamline Coach provides a structured, adaptable blueprint that coaches can build around, adjust, and refine based on their swimmers.
Developed with real feedback from swimmers and tested in real training environments, the goal is simple: help coaches create more efficient, personalized training while keeping their knowledge and decision-making at the center.

My name is Parth Dadhe, and I'm a competitive swimmer with years of experience at both the club and high school level. Streamline Coach started from something I saw firsthand: most training plans are built for entire groups, even though every swimmer is different and responds differently. I've experienced that myself in training and racing, where small differences in how you train can completely change your performance.
I created Streamline Coach to help bridge that gap. It is not meant to replace coaches or their expertise. In fact, it is built to amplify it. No system can truly understand how each athlete responds to training the way a coach can. Instead, Streamline Coach provides a structured, adaptable blueprint that coaches can build around, adjust, and refine based on their swimmers. It also incorporates proven principles and training approaches used by successful coaches to help generate effective, group-based plans as a starting point.
Developed with real feedback from swimmers and tested in real training environments, the goal is simple: help coaches create more efficient, personalized training while keeping their knowledge and decision-making at the center.
Streamline Coach builds training plans around a structured, principle-driven framework — not guesswork. Every plan reflects established concepts in sports science and elite swim coaching, translated into an adaptive system that responds to each swimmer's event profile, training history, and competitive timeline.
Core Training Principles
Aerobic Foundation First. Every plan begins by establishing a high-quality aerobic base. Volume is progressive, intensity is controlled, and stroke efficiency is prioritized over pace in early phases. The aerobic system underpins every other energy pathway.
Race-Pace Integration. Race-pace work is embedded across all phases — not reserved only for peak training. Swimmers develop familiarity with their target pace under fatigue by introducing it at low volume early and building accumulation as fitness improves.
Threshold Development. Critical Swim Speed and lactate threshold work form the bridge between aerobic base and race-pace sharpening. Short-rest interval structures and CSS-based sets develop the capacity to sustain effort at pace without accumulating excessive fatigue.
Technical Efficiency Under Load. Stroke mechanics are not separated from conditioning — they are trained together. Stroke count targets, underwater emphasis, and drill-swim transitions appear throughout every phase so that technique holds as fatigue increases.
Phase-Based Periodization. Plans follow a structured progression: aerobic base → threshold build → race-pace peak → taper. Volume and intensity are calibrated to each phase, with weekly load designed to produce adaptation without accumulating excessive fatigue.
Quality Over Volume in Peak. As competition approaches, volume decreases and the quality of each session increases. Neural speed, race simulation, and full-effort repetitions with complete recovery replace high-volume aerobic work.
Coaching Influences
Streamline's training framework is informed by publicly known principles and methodologies from some of the most accomplished coaches in competitive swimming. Their documented approaches, publicly shared training philosophies, and contributions to the sport form the intellectual foundation of the system.
These influences include the aerobic periodization models developed at major NCAA programs, race-pace embedding concepts from national team coaching staffs, short-rest interval methodology used in elite club environments, USRPT-based race-pace accumulation principles, CSS-based threshold training from evidence-based coaching systems, and underwater/breakout emphasis developed across multiple Olympic programs.
Streamline does not represent any affiliation with or endorsement by these coaches or programs. Their methodologies are referenced here as educational context for the training principles the system applies.

Enter your group's events, ability range, and training goals. We'll build a squad training plan grounded in proven methodology — intervals as guidelines, open to your interpretation.
Select your group's primary distance emphasis. Choose this instead of — or alongside — specific events below.
Which days does this group train? The weekly structure will use exactly these days.
How wide is the range within this group? Drives how strongly sets split into A/B/C lane variations.
Add upcoming meets and label each one — the plan structures training differently around dual meets, intermediates, and your championship.
Squad plans are built for coaches — intervals are guidelines with A/B/C groupings, open to your interpretation. No garbage yardage — ever.
Loading your plans…
Already have a season plan? Paste it, or upload a document or spreadsheet. The AI restructures it into Streamline's format — it works exactly like an AI-generated plan once imported, and stays editable. Your original wording stays intact; nothing is invented without your say-so.
Here's what the AI read from your plan. Correct anything that's off before building — these settings drive phase guidance, testing, and practice design later.
These week ranges drive everything downstream. Edit any cell; add or remove phases as needed.
Your plan didn't clearly cover these. For each, let the AI fill it in, write your own note, or leave it out.
Upload or paste results from any meet — a CSV, a Meet Manager / HY-TEK export, or text copied from a results PDF. Times are read directly from the file (never guessed), matched to your roster, and you confirm everything before it's saved.
Design and refine your practices around your current training block. The AI acts as an assistant coach — your expertise stays in control.
Write your practice and click Analyze Practice to get phase-aligned feedback.
